CrossFit is a varied strength and conditioning programme designed around functional movements used in sports and everyday life. The unique programming is flexible for athlete ability levels, from beginner to an elite professional, CrossFit’s scalable system allows for beginners to train with experienced athletes in a friendly communial supportive atmosphere.
Starting your journey towards elite fitness could not be simpler. You can either turn upto our beginner class where you will be taught basic movements to use in each workout. Come prepared for a workout as beginners will get to experience a scaled taster version of a CrossFit Wod (work out of the day) with each session.
If you would prefer a more personal introduction to CrossFit or you just can’t wait to get started then we also offer the ‘Fast Track On-Ramp’ (6 personal training sessions booked around class times).
